As most of you know, my parents are into building and selling houses. Their latest project (their 3rd in 4 years) is really pretty. A part of me wants to convince her not to sell this one but at the same time, I know it's what she really likes doing.

My favorite part of the house. Kitchen (granite counter tops) with breakfast nook beyond the L-counter. (Not in picture--to the left: door that leads to the foyer)

Details:
- 114 Tanauan, Ayala Alabang
- Tuscan-inspired 3 level house on elevated land
- Lot area: 649 sqm; Floor area: 670 sqm
- 4 bedrooms all with TB and balcony
- Den/guest bedroom TB
- A big lanai that's perfect for entertaining
- Big kitchen with breakfast nook (granite counter tops)
- Garden
- 34 sqm pool (about 5ft at its shallowest, 6ft at its deepest)
- Basement level: maids' room with TB, driver's room with TB (accessible only from garage), extra storage in service area
- 4-car garage
Personally, I'd recommend this house for a family with tweens or teens because it's perfect for entertaining. The main kitchen opens into the main dining room which opens into either the living room or the lanai. The roofed lanai is by the pool and the garden. Lots of room for barbecue pool parties, a billiard table plus deck furniture.
I love the bathrooms (unfortunately, no pictures) because we chose stone-like tiles instead of the usual high-gloss tiles. The bathrooms are spa-like and have walk-in closets.
