Cookies and Ice Cream: Two of my favorite things.

Pick a cookie. Choose another one. Then choose an ice cream flavor. Put it together.

The Ice Cream Sandwich is such a simple, "hello-I-could've-done-that" concept that it boggles me that I didn't think of making a business out of it. Penny Brown allows you to choose 2 cookies, whether same flavor or not and smoosh ice cream in between for a lovely P65.

My favorite combos:
Choco Chip Cookies + Vanilla Ice Cream
Oatmeal Cookies + Strawberry Ice Cream
White Choco Chip Cookies + Coffee Ice Cream

Unfortunately, I have no picture to upload here because the Bufra and I massacred our three ice cream sandwiches...

one of my favourite pastimes is eating an ice cream cone in the fort while looking up at the people on the treadmill at fitness first.
